Sword & Shield Security provides armed and unarmed security, mobile patrols, executive protection, and related services as detailed in individual client service agreements. These online terms serve as a general framework, but specific operational details, liabilities, and compensation structures will be governed by the written contract signed by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services must provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises, potential threats, and any specific operational requirements. The client is responsible for ensuring our personnel have lawful access to the property and that the environment is reasonably safe for operations, except for the explicit threats we are contracted to mitigate.

3. Limitation of Liability

While Sword & Shield Security employs highly trained personnel and utilizes advanced security protocols, no security measure is absolute. We do not guarantee the prevention of all crimes, losses, or damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the provisions outlined in the specific service agreement and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices for services rendered are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges. Sword & Shield Security reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are excessively delayed.

5. Personnel Authority

Our security officers are trained professionals acting within the boundaries of the law. They are authorized to enforce client property rules, control access, and respond to incidents appropriately. Clients must not interfere with the lawful execution of our officers' duties.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the contract. Sword & Shield Security reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of severe breach of contract, unsafe working conditions, or failure to pay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Sword & Shield Security or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
